Another Flashback Friday! Anyone remember these ancient machines? In the early days of Oxford we used to "fax and relax." 40 years later and we've retired the saying... and the fax machine!

First we had to go to the copy machine to get the Oxford letter head on top of the resume

Drove to the client and delivered the hard copy of the resume to the manager in person. 🙂

I remember the fax machines, however we never said Fax and Relax. When our competitors relaxed, our fax would beat their candidate submittal to the Hiring Manager/Company 😉

What? Relax? WHO said that? We called the fax machine the invention of the devil as it spelled the beginning of the end for direct and effective communication with hiring managers! Yes I’m a Luddite.
