Subject selection is one of UNIQ You's key impact indicators. We see every day that when high school students are able to develop their knowledge of industries or jobs in male-dominated industries, this increases their interest in pursuing their roles, and in turn influences subject selection. We look forward to integrating this study into our work with educators and students. #uniqyou Val Ridley Jacqui Walters Hannah Goodfellow
