Let's talk trash! In our design and programming of resort properties, we spend a lot of time in the concept phase diagramming how we will get trash, linen, and housekeeping onto each floor, off each floor and moved to a loading/service dock out of the view of guests. This diagram of a Steamboat project studies vertical shafts, service elevators, and storage rooms on each level to ensure smooth operations and a luxury guest experience. We love these dialogues with our clients and the operations teams involved and attack this early in the design.
