🚀 A Day in the Field with ProPetro! 🌟 Today, I had the amazing opportunity to visit ProPetro’s hydraulic fracturing sites in New Mexico. We explored both conventional and electric frac operations, getting a deep dive into the processes and equipment. 🔍 Key Learnings: • Witnessing the heart of ProPetro’s operations and the critical role of hydraulic fracturing. • Understanding the importance of data in the field and how it’s generated. • Engaging with field personnel and discovering the latest innovations in frac technology. 💡 As a Data Engineer Intern, connecting data to its source is crucial. Today’s experience was truly enlightening and will enhance how I approach my work. Excited to bring these insights back to the team! #ProPetro #HydraulicFracturing #DataEngineering #InternLife #FieldExperience #Innovation #LearningJourney #EnergySector #InternshipGoals 🚀💼📊

IIM K'25, SXC'21|YouTube Creator|10k+ LinkedIn|Amazon ACE'23 Finalist| Pidilite Summer Intern|Founder, Hult Prize SXC
As my 1st day as a Summer Intern at Pidilite Industries Limited concluded, filled with powerpack sessions and exposure to new faces, there are a few learnings from a personal as well as marketing front that I took. Sharing the personal ones here :- 1) Leaders think in fundamentals and first principle. For example: We were asked "What is most important in Brand Management?". A number of answers flew in unless someone told, understanding consumers problem. At that moment I felt this is basic, I knew this. However that answer was the most appropriate one, every one else was right! 2) Do your homework, it does matter. 3) There is a Classic Communication Challenge I learnt about. Initially the mic was not working so not everything was audible. The mic was changed, the speaker was audible and he told put your right hand up if you can hear me. Everyone of us could hear clearly, still we didn't do because we thought now that everyone could hear, 'ye karke kya hi hoga?'. He then pointed out that even though now you could hear you didn't do, a classic com challenge. 4) You don't need to get it right in the first go, it is the way you think about it that matters. 5) Trust is associated with quality on most levels. 6) Keep promises even if it requires you to go beyond your commitments. Actions over words will be rewarded. 7) You cannot solve all the problems, and sometimes even solving all the problems are not worth it. Give your energy to the most important ones. A learning on lighter note- Eat something and sit for sessions :p Empty stomach and information loaded brain are a deadly combination. Personal experience. (the lunch provided was super tasty, seemed more because I was super hungry.) Also, I agree when they say, Pidilite is an institution in itself, shocking to see the management at such a scale is done so rightly. P.S.- This is a photo of my first day, a tiring but interesting one. P.P.S- Thankful to have got the second day off because of Gudi Padwa. Looking forward to more learnings and growth! #day1 #summerinternship #pidilite #gluedtogrowth

🎉 Exciting News! 🎓 I have accepted a full-time position at Modaramo Media as an influencer marketing strategist following my graduation from Hofstra University this December. Throughout my career at Modaramo, I have been incredibly fortunate to immerse myself in various areas within digital marketing, ranging from copywriting, B2B social media, UX solutions, SEO, and blog writing. Under the guidance of Kassi Jata, MSc, one of the best career and marketing mentors I could have asked for, I have acquired a diverse skill set applicable to multiple industries. Now, I am joining a new project with applications to the creator economy! I can't wait to share more about this venture with all of you soon. As I celebrate this milestone, I want to share 3 pieces of advice I wish I had received as an international student in the US: ✨ #1: A common misconception is that international students can only secure on-campus jobs unrelated to their field of study. The key to overcoming this challenge is choosing the right university and location. For example, the New York region offers various opportunities and employers tend to be familiar with the visa processes. At Hofstra, I secured two internships in my field, including one in consulting for small businesses. The of location of your school can significantly influence your professional journey in the US. ✨ #2: Visa processes can be complex and, at times, overwhelming. Patience is the key, as potential delays are common. If you can, seek guidance from outside resources specialized in visa procedures. Alternatively, I highly suggest connecting with mentors (alumnus) who have navigated the same visa process and pursued a similar major. I had the help of the amazing Larissa Ortiz from Xplore Immigration; I couldn't recommend her enough! ✨ #3: Embrace every opportunity that comes your way. Whether it's on campus or at work, seize every moment to learn, grow, and challenge yourself. Actively listen, take risks, and never hesitate to ask questions. It's cliche, I know, but there is a reason why so many people say this, it’s the secret to success. If you are on a similar journey or have any questions, feel free to reach out!
From intern to full-timer! 🌟 We are more than happy to announce that Julia M. is now an official member of the Modaramo family! 🎉 Here’s to leveling up!👏 #congrats #welcometotheteam

Petroleum - Oil & Gas Operations| Global Business Development | Project Management | Negotiation | EPC Project Delivery | Technical Sales
Each year at Chemsolv, like all other places I have worked, I get the privilege to host and groom students on internship. My goal ìs and has always been to prepare them for the world of work. Give the interns an edge and help them discover that which they have inside. That gift of uniqueness, character and the strive for excellence. The training, usually tailored, intuitive and interactive challenges their thinking and problem solving skills, teamwork and versatility in the upstream oil and Gas /petroleum industry. A lot of the time, I pull parts and pieces, disguise them in a cunning array of sequels and then leave them to create, resolve, innovate or mould that which is unseen. Its interesting how they discover the tools hidden before their very own senses of perspectives - bringing innovation to the fore. Amazing things happen and this is why we do the things we do. One of these interns wrote me a pretty letter below.
