Watched the movie Meg 2 over the weekend and there was a scene where Taylor said to Meiying "We solve the problems one by one. We do what's in front of us. Then we do the next thing" The statement was so profound, because it kinda ties into some of the Agile principles. I haven't been able to get it out of my head since then. What if this was the guiding principle of a Scrum Team? We focus on PRIORITIES: Where we prioritize tasks based on their importance and impact. We avoid getting overwhelmed by focusing on what needs immediate attention. We make incremental PROGRESS: This encourages the team to break down larger tasks into smaller, manageable units....thereby, promoting incremental development, allowing for continuous delivery of value. We embrace ADAPTABILITY and AGILITY: As we foster a mindset that embraces change and adapts to evolving requirements. This enables the team to respond promptly to shifting priorities and emerging needs. We Iterate and Adapt as we go: Embracing an iterative and adaptive approach to allows the team to learn from each cycle, adjusting strategies for greater efficiency. #MoSCoW prioritization method 📌 The MoSCoW method is a simple #prioritization technique where you assign every task on your to-do list to one of four categories: ✅️ M – Must do: M tasks are things you absolutely have to do. ✅️ S – Should do: S tasks are things you should do, but they're a lower priority than M tasks. ✅️ C – Could do: C tasks are nice-to-dos. You'd like to do them, but if you don't, it's probably not a big deal. ✅️ W – Won't do: W tasks are things that just aren't worth doing. #agile #agilecoach #SAFe6 #scaledagileframework #scaledagile
