I can't help but feel skeptical about this Creative Chaos internship program based on my experience with them last year. Their team came to my university, SZABIST Islamabad, and spent hours assessing my skills extensively, claiming it was for potential hiring. They took down all my details meticulously while giving a green light. However, after that lengthy evaluation process, I never received any emails, calls or communication from them regarding next steps or opportunities. It comes across as just another marketing gimmick to generate buzz without genuine intent to follow through properly. While internship promotions are understandable, leaving potential talents high and dry after such a rigorous screening reflects poorly on Creative Chaos' commitment to actually nurturing that talent. If they truly valued creativity and growth as they claim, basic professional courtesy demands providing closure or feedback instead of leading candidates on. Unless they demonstrate far more transparency and accountability this time, I have little hope this internship will be any different from their empty overtures last year. Creative Chaos needs to back up their lofty words with consistent actions that respect applicants' time and efforts. PS: You can also find in my past feed that I did posted about them last year when they gave me a green-light along some swags.

I am pleased to announce that June marks the conclusion of my internship year. And as this chapter comes to a close, I’d like to share five life lessons I've learned during this year: - Setting smaller short-term goals that align with where you’re currently, gets you further than setting a grand long-term goal. - Everybody has their unique point of view, and often providing your unique perspective simply is more valuable than striving for the perfect notion. - Showing a little personality is the key for anybody to stand out. And the older you get the more you realize that, unlike kindergarten, being the smartest should not be your sole defining trait. - Extremes are easy, therefore, people always default to extreme. However, it is important to learn how to walk the middle path. To learn how to be objective in your judgments, to take advantage of both sides, and to understand that differing opinions are not necessarily opposing opinions. - People have always portrayed themselves as simple, but they are not. People are complex like fluid constantly changing. Hence, you cannot make your character into bullet points, nor to present it in black and white. It’s better to understand yourself as potential, cause odds are countless, and each day brings a new lesson. Lastly, as the saying goes “Change is a powerful thing, and people are powerful beings”. I’m glad to complete this journey and to have the opportunity to learn from each preceptor and to grow both personally and professionally.
