Helping facilitators be at their best through The Facilitation Space Helping leaders, teams and organisations feel a sense of energy, purpose and ease in what they do. Face to Face & Virtual
I'm finishing the week a mix of happy, energised, fulfilled and quite tired! The last few weeks have been such a whirlwind of research, design and preparation with new programmes starting, others in development and familiar one's returning. This week, two programmes have started and returned. 🌟Tuesday was the return of a 2 day leadership programme for Nurse Sisters, Charge Nurses and Clinical Nurse Specialists. It's into it's 4th year now and it's always an absolute joy - with insightful and honest conversation, a real desire to think and grow and lots of lightbulb moments - this week was no exception. 🌟Yesterday was Day 1 of a 6 month leadership programme for a Hospice I'm working with. It's been a year in the planning and it was everything I'd hoped it would be. I can't wait to see what this extraordinary group achieve together over the coming months. 🌟Next week I've got a new coaching programmes starting for a fabulous building society I work with as well as a couple of new power hours, before the return on Thursday of the clinical leaders programme. Today's my final prep day, so having a much needed cuppa and a biscuit to get my brain in gear for that 😊 There will also be a nap over the weekend 😂 What's stood out for you this week? #thefacilitationspace #facilitation #leadershipdevelopment #leadershipskills #leadership #teamdevelopment
