18 April 1951 | Belgium, France, West Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and The Netherlands sign the 'Treaty of Paris' establishing the European Coal and Steel Community. The Schuman Plan is ratified. Main enemies during the war are now sharing production of coal and steel. "By the signature of this Treaty, the involved parties give proof of their determination to create the first supranational institution (...) This Europe remains open to all European countries that have freedom of choice. We profoundly hope that other countries will join us (...)" This is the video animation released some years after by which the newly created European institutions explained to the world the European Coal and Steel Community. Our root of observation relies of categorical familiar constructs, a recussive complex topological abstraction of family. A family of communication defined by a discretness that's a ultimatum between life and death--a trivially were fortunate enough to manipulate or push aside in a fabricated world on the Real. A powerful example of man standing for their construction of Reality - that's powerfully valid - reduces iodolization to this abstraction. Each event is manifesting a construction of our shared history defined by the decision of the present. The removal of idols in our own fabrication is futile by definition, it's about picking the right ones - your family.

Great to see engaged discussions around space law in our regional neighbourhood, the Asia-Pacific region. In accordance with UN General Assembly resolutions, these discussions will bring critical insights into the authorisation and supervision of space activities, which are key issues in a region facing rapid transformations with space capabilities. The insights from these discussions will be crucial in facilitating regional perspectives in developing national legislation and supporting the peaceful exploration and uses of outer space. #spacegovernance #spacelaw United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) ANU Institute for Space | InSpace
🚀 🌌 Today marks the start of the three-day UN/UNU Regional Space Law Technical Advisory Mission for Asia and the Pacific Countries. 🌏✨ The programme for these 3️⃣ days is packed with current topics, with a special emphasis on two crucial aspects of national space law: 1️⃣ Authorization 2️⃣ continuing supervision of space activities. 🛰️📑 These two elements are integral components of the 7️⃣ key elements of international #spacelaw established through UN General Assembly resolutions 68/74 (https://ow.ly/uNSv50Qr9Ow) in 2013, which provides essential recommendations on national legislation relevant to the peaceful exploration and use of outer space. Stay tuned for updates on the key insights and discussions emerging from this mission! 🌐👩🚀👨🚀 #SpaceLawProject #UNOOSA #Japan

Continuing thoughts on developments and trends in Russian info ops and messaging, including an initial exploration of how broader conceptions of repression might assist in our understanding; and also very initial thinking on iconography and Russian discourse. One of the other key things to note is - despite some dismissal of Russian info ops as crude and simplistic - the speed and agility (and sometimes creativity) with which they are launched. Time permitting, I'll try to get into the habit of writing more regular and shorter notes on developments throughout the week. https://lnkd.in/er8HjqVe

Thanks to Adam Ure for an interesting analysis and thoughts on future Russian 'info ops'. At the risk of complicating it, I'd add that it would be useful to differentiate between domestic and outward-facing info ops, as this might alter certain points he makes. Like, for example, the use of the "Russia has already won" narrative, which has been floating around domestic channels for a while, tends to become "Ukraine has already lost" when they're writing for foreigners (sure, it's only a subtle shift, but the implications for the audiences are profound). Narratives can even diverge based on which foreign country is being targeted. When we're mulling over the evolution, both past and future, of Russian info ops, this difference of target audience is an interesting factor...

Carbon credit may become scapegoat for many companies and multilaterals of high Pollution and fossil production that are responsible for global warming. Again the IPLCs should not be lied that tree planting will save the earth from warming. First IPLCs land and territories are intact and companies did not need to turn them as their heavens for carbon credit. We need meaningful engagement, partnerships and collaboration to protect, preserve and conserve our ancestral natural resources such as forests, rangelands and mountains and water systems.
