Ten years in, that's still true. ❔ What’s one trend you think will shape the future of Multifamily? Greater focus on the enjoyment of the home space. Having a 1st and 3rd place in one building. With working from home, all three could be in the same building. Having the property cater to all three is new and will continue to grow! ❔ If you could solve one problem in Multifamily, what would it be? Putting a number on Resident Experience. Getting owners to understand that how people feel makes an impact on the bottom line. ❔ What's one random fact that most people don’t know about you? Forget love island drama: OpenRent has allegedly DUMPED Rightmove 💔 As of last week, landlords using OpenRent can no longer list their properties on Rightmove Instead, Zoopla (part of Houseful) and PrimeLocation are now the go-to options. This unexpected shift has sparked a flurry of discussions and speculations among landlords and property enthusiasts alike How do we know this? Rightmove is no longer listed as an advertiser on OpenRent’s website, yet Zoopla is. A bold move! For landlords, this change provokes a few questions: 🏡 Will OpenRent’s pricing change? Without Rightmove, properties might get less visibility, yet at the moment, OpenRent’s pricing currently remains unchanged. 🏡 Does this mean that Rightmove is not generating enough demand for OpenRent’s clients? Or, does OpenRent have enough brand equity to stand alone without Rightmove? 🏡 With the market slowing down post Covid and this move from OpenRent, is it time to diversify your marketing strategies to get in front of more tenants?
