Since most buttons available on the market are packaged according to #weight, why not give #counting a shot? High-end finished #garments require expensive buttons, and the quantity is carefully measured. There will frequently be more or less buttons in each box if #weighing is done. The manufacturer needs to stock more spare buttons to keep the quantity from decreasing, therefore there will always be a lot of extra buttons in the warehouse, which will waste money. But in reality, the quantity of buttons needed for every batch of clothes is set. As I was preparing for the shipment, I looked at the packaging of my products and I raised a question: why are 5 layers of corrugated boxes customized by the customers? Why isn't it 7-layer corrugated box 5-layer corrugated box + increased thickness 5-layer corrugated box + increased hardness As a source factory, we know the purchasing cost very well. I carefully accounted for the cost, the price is going up by 0.2%-0.3%, a minimal increase. But the benefit is how happy the customer will be when he opens the container or arrives at the customer's store and sees the completely fine carton.
