“When you think you’ve done it all, just work one more hour or be kinder to one more person... Ultimately it’ll make you a better person.” Today, PS&E CEO Rick Fuson shared his parting words to our staff as he retires after exactly 40 years of service. We thank you for your dedication to our community every day since June 18, 1984 and wish you a happy retirement, Rick!
In all your 40 years working on many events with you, no one was more creative and thought out of the box than you Rick. Every one of your 40 years you made Indianapolis better. I hope you get to do everything you want to do in the next chapter of your life. You deserve the best.

Rick, if only you could have been a little more direct and shared what was really on your mind more often. Hahaha!! Loved watching you lead the Pacers for decades and the even closer view I got as you took the reins at ISC and led us to even greater heights. Well done, sir!!! Enjoy the next chapter and come visit us in Scotland!!!
I love this guy - Wish him and Karen all our best - Linda and Frank Hancock
You have done great things for our city. I hope you enjoy your retirement as much as I do.
Class act and one of the best Indy has ever seen. Enjoy the next chapter my friend.
Congratulations Rick. Thank you for all you have done. You are an amazing leader in our community.
The stability of the Pacer's franchise is a credit to your work. Best of luck!
Congratulations Rick! You were extraordinarily genuine & super kind to us all when we spent several days in you building & your city bonding within the Guest Services environment w/leaders from around the league. It was an experience which I will never forget. Thank you & good luck with your retirement.

3moHard to put into words what Rick Fuson has meant to Indianapolis and to me personally. We ran the two big buildings in Indy which in most cities means we were competitors. Not here. Not Indy and not Rick and I. He, along with Bill McGowan, taught me about the big picture and to always put Indy first. “Do what’s best for the city” and everything will else will take care of itself. And that appears to still be working. Thank you Rick for all of your years of guidance, listening and for mostly just being my friend. Let’s play some golf.
