🚨 Incident Update:
Pacific Coast Producers Lodi
Today, a fire occurred at our Lodi storage facility, and we want to keep our community informed. The cause of the fire is currently unknown, but it is under investigation.
Fortunately, our plant was not in operation today, and no Pacific Coast Producers employees were harmed in the incident. However, some of the courageous firefighters battling the blaze experienced heat exhaustion, and we wish them a speedy recovery.
At this time, we estimate a loss of cannery pallets used for brite stacking our summer production. Additionally, some empty plastic fruit bins were damaged, and there was light, peripheral burning to the corner of one of our warehouse buildings.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the Lodi Police Department and the brave, fast-working members of the Lodi, Stockton, Woodbridge, Morada, French Camp McKinley, and Cosumnes fire departments for their swift response. Special thanks to PG&E for ensuring that our gas lines remained intact and undamaged and also Lodi Electric for quickly assessing and securing the area.
We will provide further updates as more information becomes available. Thank you for your support and understanding.
