I appreciate the correlation running has with business, in particular when it comes to consistency. Consistency is key with the goals many of us set this time of year! I did the Resolution 2024 Run again on New Year's Day, hosted by Atlanta Track Club. Decided on the virtual option and ran it locally. It was definitely cold and windy! That didn't stop me. On the whistle, one player rips and presents the ball whilst the other player gets to feet and moves to Jackal. - Tackle & Clear - Action after action, tackle the sausage bag and clear the player with the bag away. - Tackle Jackal - Tackle the sausage bag and steal the ball from the falling player. Allows practice without Bone on Bone. - Weighted Tackle - Add an extra player behind the player getting tackled.
