A day in the life of sales support, Day planning - sitting down with your calandar for the first 15 minutes of your day can ensure efficiency. Communication - touching base with your “early riser” sales team can help you understand the tasks at hand for the day. Workblock - blocking out time to get needed personal tasks done to ensure timely completion (invoicing, converting contracts, commission payments, etc.) Training - moments to help train team members that will help pay you and your team back in the long run.
