Lisa, let me ask you, first of all, you said this is a perfect match for Yorktown. Center, this is a good fit this circus. It really is. We're so excited to host Circus Vasquez at Yorktown Center. Our audience is a very family friendly shopper who enjoys everything we have in the way of shopping, dining, entertainment and kid friendly events. The kids are on school break. Parents are looking for fun things to do as a family. So Circus Vasquez at Yorktown is a great entertainment option for the entire family. You could make a make a day of it here. Circus Baskets is really happy to be here in Lombard out of the Yorktown Center for the very, very first time. We've been in Chicago so many times, but this is the first time that we're here. So yeah, the circus is bringing a family fun experience for all acrobats, jugglers, for these artists, clowns, fun for everyone. And we're inviting you to come over and enjoy these amazing show. Originally built in 1828, this iconic three-level mall has now evolved into a unique space with one level of retail and two levels of "micro" apartments.
