Working to increase preventive health measures and a Sustainable circular economy

Yesterday Packbridge arranged a webinar about active and connected packaging that I moderated. Presentations was done by Andrew Manly from AIPIA - Intelligent Packaging Industry Association, Peter Ragaert from our cooperation cluster in Belgium Pack4Food and Christian Håkansson from TMR. Their brilliant presentations gave loads of new knowledge and great insigths. Active and connected packages can improve consumer engagement, cost effectiveness, ROI, sustainability by improved shelf life and traceability and information about what materials the package is constructed of and how to sort and recycle. We realised that to get the full effect, active and connected packages must be developed with all parts of the value chain in mind, from consumer engagement, increases shelf life to recycling and more. The value chain need to meet and here we can use the power of Packbridge cluster to facilitate this development. Stay tuned for more info and if you have any ideas please just contact any of us at Packbridge
