When I years ago was thinking about the values of a company I'd like to be part of, I jotted down "Fun, Safe, and Easy." These weren't just words but the soul of what I hoped for in such an organisation. Fun: not constant laughter, but as in being human, pleasant to work with. After all, we are all humans, regardless of what role or job we have, and we all want to feel recognition and satisfaction from our work and professional interactions. Safe: not as in risk-averse, but as in integrity, honesty, staying true to promises and being reliable. Easy: not as in minimal effort or staying in the comfort zone, but as in never passing a problem over the fence; Owning our responsibilities, solving problems proactively, and making every client or colleague feel cared for. As our team grew, these raw values evolved. They were polished, challenged, and expanded upon by every new member who joined our journey. Today, "curiosity, continuous learning, honesty, transparency, and ownership" don't just replace those initial words; they elevate them. And I can honestly say that they genuinely represent the core values of the people I work with every day. So I'm thrilled to announce that we're looking for 4 more vibrant minds to join this team.
