Continuing with the series "unique aircraft liveries", I was lucky to spot this LATAM Brazil Star Wars “Galaxy’s Edge” Boeing 777-300ER. Not a #starwarsfan but very keen to follow customized liveries which I believe are a great "mobile" city-hopping marketing tool, especially among high income people. Keep wondering why these unique liveries are not used more often. They are certainly expensive, time-consuming and tend to be in the air (ie, unseen) most of the time but continue to believe they have much more of an impact than the regular, cheesy kind of ad.. BONUS Question: which airport is this? #airlines #marketing #businesstravel #aviation #starwars #latamairlines

HS2 has announced that mobile network and broadband providers will have the opportunity to purchase access to spare capacity in its fibre optic cabling and telecoms masts. Selon le PDG de la SNCF Jean-Pierre Farandou les auteurs de « l'attaque massive » contre le réseau TGV le jour de l'inauguration des JO 2024 à Paris, ont provoqué des incendies dans des « caniveaux où passent de nombreux câbles » en fibre optique qui transmettent « des informations de sécurité pour les conducteurs » ou commandent « les moteurs des aiguillages ». Heureusement, la fibre optique de nouvelle génération pourrait réduire le temps de réparation jusqu'à 80 %, réduisant ainsi considérablement l'impact sur les clients, les annulations de trains et sans compromettre la réputation globale de l'industrie ferroviaire lors d'une journée aussi importante.

Great news! Im profoundly linked to this Euroregion as I devoted my College of Europe thesis to cross-border mobility in this area (Liege, Aachen, Maastricht). Reading this news after so many years makes me feel extremely satisfied as public mobility was one of the main hurdles to further labor mobility. Felicitations!

1 seul train pour relier 3 pays et leurs habitants ! 🇧🇪 🇳🇱 🇩🇪 Dès ce dimanche, le Train des trois pays circulera toutes les heures et reliera sans correspondance Liège, Maastricht et Aix-la-Chapelle. 🚆Que ce soit pour les études, le travail ou les loisirs, ce « Drielandentrein » rendra les déplacements +faciles, +agréables et +efficaces pour les résidents de ces régions frontalières. Avec cette nouvelle connexion directe et confortable, ce sont aussi de nouvelles opportunités touristiques, professionnelles, économiques et culturelles qui s’ouvrent pour les 3 pays. Choix le +vert, le train doit aussi devenir le choix le +évident pour voyager en Europe. I've been dedicated to promoting sustainable transportation and connected mobility for many years. Walking the talk, I strive to travel as sustainably as possible. Multiple airlines, gravel-ramp airports, high-speed trains, slow trains, metros, trams, buses, taxis, and even cable cars are part of my daily business experience. Today was a unique experience though, as I visited a client in London and traveled to the meeting via a river boat. London never fails to surprise me!

J’ai eu l'honneur de connaître M. Delors quand il était président du Conseil d’Administration du Collège D’Europe. Homme d’Etat et visionnaire européen, c’était pendant sa présidence de la Commission Européenne que l’Europe a accompli ses plus grands exploits: Maastricht, l’Euro, Schengen, Erasmus.. Merci Jacques
