For this World Mental Health Day, we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to our colleagues who have prioritized their mental well-being. We understand that embarking on a psychological journey can be complex, but those who invest in their mental health are also contributing significantly to the overall well-being of our company. For this, they have our deepest appreciation. Working at Pagani Automobili, people quickly learn the value of caring for precious things. The importance of handling delicate materials with sensitivity, delving into their complexity, and showing empathy. However, caring for what is precious extends beyond external objects; it also encompasses our internal world. For this reason, we have embarked on a collaboration with Unobravo, a service dedicated to fostering a culture of well-being through a highly qualified team of psychologists and psychotherapists. In the first four months, many of our employees have accessed this service, and a significant number have continued their journey even beyond the complimentary sessions provided by Pagani. With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our dear friend Emilio Petrone, one of the most kind-hearted and inspirational human beings we have ever known. Emilio was far more than a business partner; he was a beacon of wisdom and a true mentor who never hesitated to lend his time and guidance to those in need. His insight, generosity, and unwavering passion have, over the years, shaped the direction of Pagani in ways that will continue to echo for generations. Beyond being a renowned manager, Emilio will forever be remembered for his uplifting positivity and his ability to make everyone around him feel valued. His legacy is not only reflected in the achievements of the businesses he helped nurture but, more importantly, in the countless lives he touched with his warmth and sincerity.
