You'll have a project, we'll draw up a timeline and quality measures. When you do it, it's your choice. Another big smile on her face. She's 23 and is applying for a project with in2motivation - Business Academy. My job is to make sure she gets the information she needs to do the best job possible and the confidence to ask for help or support if she needs it. Leadership is simple, but it certainly needs to be congruent and clear. And this is where communication matters. Communicating clearly is a skill. Communicating congruently is a skill.
