I want to start a new Friday theme. I want to see and hear all of the incredible moments you have had this week as well as will you do something this weekend to celebrate? 1. Share a WIN for the week. Maybe it's a professional one like a new hire, a promotion, new job, great 1:1's with your team, moved the needle on a huge account. Maybe it was personal win like a date night, coffee with a friend, exercised 3 days this week.... 2. What is one thing you are doing this weekend that is going to fill your cup? Is it a family day, breakfast with your mom or dad, time outdoors, no plans at all... I'll go first. I am proud of myself for having the courage to speak at my grandfathers service. It was a game time decision and I trusted myself and my gut that I could do it and it felt incredible. This weekend, I am looking forward to picture perfect weather here in Indy to go kayaking and play some golf with my hubby (the goal is to win every single time) I would love to hear from you. Time to acknowledge yourself. I hear from women so often that don't even realize all of the incredible wins they have had throughout the week because they feel like it is just something they had to do, its not a big deal, not worth celebrating. The small wins are the big wins people!!! #win #celebrateyourself #acknowledgement #selfawareness #selfacceptance #smallwinsarebigwins

life is not only about cup winning or award winning moments. if we want only cup winning moments, applause, standing ovation, it will be only around a few minutes or few hours but we need the rest of our life too failures, setbacks, criticism, not recognised - these are the areas which develop us struggling times, days of training, hours of performance are all the steps to winning moments failures in the interview asked me to practise and rehearse more unemployment times taught me to develop the skills needed in the job market where you can sell yourself one single speech to make the crowd to notice me took hours of preparation embracing each and every moment of life without seeing it as a failure or success, you can find life in it.

The fastest way to WIN? Celebrate OTHER's wins! 🏆 Luck is CREATED, not gifted. Luck is when preparation meets opportunity. Are you prepared for the next promotion? Are you prepared to meet the love of your life? Are you prepared to double your income in the next 12 months? When someone around you wins, you have a choice: ✅ Celebrate them, or ❌ Put down their success. Only one of those choices will lead to abundance for YOU. Whose wins will you celebrate today?

Let's understand the journey of a true champion with this article: "The Making of a True Champion"🎖 The roaring crowds, showered confetti, and raised championship trophies make for iconic moments of glory. However, these scenes merely provide a glimpse of the genuine work that went into achieving such lofty accomplishments over many years prior. As the saying goes, "Champions do not become champions when they win the event, but in the hours, weeks, months and years they spend preparing for it." Behind every great champion lies an arduous journey of intense training, unwavering dedication, and steadfast perseverance over an extended period. Out of the spotlight, the real ascent happens through monotonous routines, draining schedules, embracing struggles, and making incremental self-improvements each day. Lesser individuals falter from such a grueling grind, but champions develop an obsessive commitment to their craft. They wake early, stay late, and meticulously analyze every detail, constantly seeking areas to refine technique, strategy, conditioning, and mental fortitude. Each session compounds upon the last in a cycle of preparation, practice, implementation and re-evaluation. Failures spark renewed determination, while successes merely mark temporary stops toward greater mastery. This forges an exceptional work ethic, resilience, skillset and self-belief in their capabilities over months and years. The preparation process, more so than any single event, breeds true championship character founded on daily habits of excellence. Then, when champions finally take the biggest stages, audiences are awed by the extraordinary performances. But those who understand the harsh realities recognize these are not spontaneous achievements. Instead, the long-cultivated champion's mindset and capabilities are simply revealed through months and years of unglamorous, behind-the-scenes preparation. In this light, championship celebrations are not the accomplishments themselves, but the long-awaited rewards after champions become champions through actions pursued with supreme commitment and resolve when no one was watching over an extensive journey. Iconic championship moments are the demonstrations, not the definitions, of what made them truly great through their preparatory process. #ChampionMindset #DedicationOverYears #GritOverGlory #RelentlessPursuit #JourneyOverDestination #LinkedIn #HardWorkPaysOff

Are we our own competition or is it someone else? I say both, but that is just my personal opinion. But we do compete against ourseleves as well. How many of us say to ourselves we can’t do this or that or he or she is better? I think we all have said that more than once in our lives. But I think, from this message, we compete against ourseleves, when we should be saying I’m going to do this or I am going to give it all I got no matter what happens. We need to tell ourseleves every day we can do this. Even if we didn’t finish it or failed, at least we tried and we took on ourseleves and won. So tomorrow morning, say to you, that I’m gonna do this and I’m gonna be thankful that I did! Hope you have a wonderful Monday and a great week! #competition #competitionwithourseleves #outworkthem #dostop #youcandothis #compete #ourowncompetition #you #me #I #competewithyou #competewithme #myowncompetition #motivation #motivationalquotes #motivational #businessmotivation #businessmotivational #monday #mondaymotivational #mondaymotivation #motivationmonday #newweek #3riversales
