On Tuesday PakLab hosted its first ever blood drive with American Red Cross. It was a great day and a wonderful opportunity to have PakLab employees work together to help others. We thank everyone who donated and hope to do it again soon!

Crisis, such as the tragic fires in and around Ruidoso, reveal the character of people and businesses. Such as the extreme leadership of MATI’s Godfrey Enjady working tirelessly with friends, such as PVT’s James Meyers, to restore vital communications within and outside of their own service areas. Or the local businesses working together to meet the needs of those impacted. Local businesses matter and will be there when needed. I so appreciate the efforts of PVT’s employees organizing this effort to bring supplies to those in need. Chris & Tabitha Davis , Cassie Florez , Daniel Rodriguez, SHRM-CP and Ross Horner.
PVT would like to thank people in our communities for dropping off donations, and special thanks to Oasis Christian Fellowship in Carlsbad. Last night, PVT employees delivered the first truckload to the Mescalero Community Center. Two more truckloads to follow.

What's in Merrill's Mailbox Today? Duplicates! Two pieces of mail from the same non-profit - a "member card" to a company I've never donated to. Same address, but one is "Merrill Albert" and one is "Albert Merrill". This feels like it would have been easy to figure out. Two identical magazines. Same address, name, subscriber number, everything. This one would have been even easier. #CrimesAgainstData

“You had me write handwritten thank-you notes. Last year, my business manager showed me a 5-figure check from a congregant, a first. A month later, we received another 5-figure donation in stock." Dr. Ross shares heartwarming anecdotes about how personal stewardship and gratitude resulted in increased donations from congregants. It’s amazing how simple gestures like handwritten notes and genuine personal interactions can deeply impact our donors’ willingness to give. These small, often overlooked actions can make a world of difference. #ChurchFundraising #FinancialIndependence #FundraisingStrategies #EmpowerChurches #NFM #FinancialEmpowerment #CommunityImpact #FinancialSolutions #BlackCommunity #ChurchGrowth #NonprofitSupport #FaithBasedOrganizations #ChurchLeadership #ChurchFinancialHealth #blackchurch #BlackChurches
