A life well lived, Ratan Tata embodied leadership in countless ways. His passing feels deeply personal for many Indians, marking the end of an era. His legacy will endure through numerous initiatives, particularly the largest animal hospital in India that he established. I’ve been inspired by him in so many ways. May his soul be in peace. #ratantata

Recently, I had the privilege of catching up over coffee with a dear friend and client who is facing some significant challenges at work. With her husband leaving the business to manage another initiative, she’s been managing her #company entirely on her own while caring for an infant. I completely empathize with the pressure of being a solo founder - it is no small feat. For her the pressure is even more especially because she’s also determined to be a present mother. Her family urged her to quit— abandon something she built from the ground up simply because times are tough? This was a powerful reminder of the expectations placed on women to prioritize family over career, even when both partners hold senior positions in their respective industries. Despite the immense stress from all sides— she’s rose to the occasion. Her #resilience has only grown stronger; she’s working harder, focusing on her health, and her success as both a professional and a mother speaks volumes to those who doubted her. Sometimes, success is the biggest reply to those who doubt you. This also made me realise first hand how women have an incredible ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously, embodying strength and compassion as needed. Our workplaces must celebrate and embrace these diverse qualities of the female #workforce. To all the #women out there: remember, you are strong, fearless, and capable of more than you know! We need to uplift and support each other a lot more in our journeys. 💪❤️ #womanhood #worklife #motherhood

Creating an event IP is like painting a picture. I immerse myself in the experience, sensing its pulse, much like I did while envisioning the Ekatva Festival. It's incredible how many talented individuals contribute their unique brush strokes to bring this vision to life. Why is this needed? Who is it for? What are we celebrating? What's the impact? How does it make you feel? Ekatva is about honoring the strong, resilient spirit of Earth, embracing both - her nurturing and liberating aspects. This approach has transformed my creative process.
