Interesting snippet from one of the biggest in the business. At times we too may find ourselves struggling with the rapid advancement of AI and the evolving adoption within Enterprises throughout the world.
Takeaway # 1 - Businesses are looking for new ways to streamline their opperational processes, not to eliminate their people, but to empower them.
Takeaway # 2 - Change is tough and the process at times feels backwards, targeted, & uncomfortable.
Takeaway # 3 - The amount of usable data that is produced & stored across organizations has increased more than any other time in history.
Takeaway # 4 - Systems & processes are put in place for specific purposes, to help individuals make more informed, timely, & effective decisions.
Takeaway # 5 - Humans are not going anywhere ( at least not in the immediate future ), jobs will continue to change and we will all adapt, we will continue to fight the process and complain ( because that is what we do ), and lastly the next generation will have a solution to the dilemma as all others did before them. Just do your best & 😊!
