In the world that we live in today is it at all possible for people to freely express beliefs and opinions and still be able to run a business or hold a job with a company that may or may not share those beliefs? Or does the corporate world mean that everyone affiliated with that business must hold the same beliefs and support the same issues as the organisation they work for? What does that mean for recruitment and job interviews? Will HR then have to question the applicant about their views and position regarding all the current political issues of the day? What happens then to Diversity, Inclusion and Equity? Employees are being penalised and even fired from their jobs; investors and VC funds are pulling their money out from start-ups who express their support for Palestine. They ask me: what do we do? And on the other hand, I am also being asked by business owners and CEOs of companies: where do we draw the line? Today this is about Palestine, but tomorrow it will be about something else.  How do we create businesses and organisations that respect our humanity not just our technical abilities, talent and skills? Useful idiots serving a terrorist organization. Apparently they’re ok with murdering, raping and mutilating innocent civilians, babies, young and old. These useful idiots are ready to be radicalized, Hamas knows it and is taking the necessary steps - like ISIS did before them. A ny one of these may end up being the next lone wolf you’ll be reading about, stabbing an old person in London, blowing a metro station in Paris, running over pedestrians at a street fair in Berlin or just providing pre-op intel to Hamas & Hezbollah about a soft target (your kids school? Your house of worship?) anywhere in the western world. Many of them are immigrants (either illegal or legal), on student or tourist visas, abusing the lax laws in the countries they’re at to commit crimes (supporting a terror organization, attacking police officers etc) knowing they can get away with it. They’re there, in your midst. Every law abiding citizen is a legitimate target. What will you say when it happens to you? Ensure their smirking faces are seen. These are the faces of brainwashed sociopaths – people who cling to false beliefs in a false narrative.
