To recruiters and companies hiring You are going to see many LinkedIn profiles filled with watermelons🍉, Palestinian flags 🇵🇸 and hard-to-watch images and videos. And your first reflex will be “Nope, Next!” Let me tell you why it would be your loss. A person that posts on their LinkedIn about Palestine has integrity. They’re willing to risk their careers for what’s right. But it also means that their work and attitude will be filled with integrity. They’re not motivated by money alone, or their personal interests. They will do their best even in hard situations. They have empathy. They are not selfish, they sacrifice for others, you can expect them to be great team players. They will promote inclusivity in your workplace and will make your teams stronger. They’ll keep you accountable. For your own good. If they see something wrong, they won’t ignore it to please you. They will let you know and will be a key element of your progress. And contrary to what the media wants you to think, they aren’t violent, they aren’t dangerous, they don’t have hate towards others. They are just trying their best with their limited resources to wake the world up because they can’t bare to see the ongoing slaughtering of the people in Gaza. They are not expressing political views, they’re expressing humanity. There are some things you can’t find on a resume, but you can read between the lines to find the best people you recruited yet. And if you’re hesitant, meet them first. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

Friends, As an organizational development and leadership coach, I am often asked how can an organization hire for integrity, courage and empathy? How can an organization identify qualities in a candidate that align with the values of their organization? Is there a way of knowing which applicant will have your back when you are in trouble, speak up when something is wrong even at risk to themselves and care deeply about the wellbeing of all their colleagues irrespective of title or privilege? Well there is one simple way to select for this amidst a pile of slick resumes- and this is how…

Confronting your Fears ... If we say, ‘Let us enter the city,’ the famine is in the city, and we shall die there. And if we sit here, we die also. So now come, let us go over to the camp of the Syrians. If they spare our lives we shall live, and if they kill us we shall but die.” What is the worst that will happen if you take that bold step in your career? The worst is you fail, and you will learn, and try again. Failure is much better than never trying at all because of fear. So take that bold step today, you know those you are admiring are not better than you they just chose to face their fears. You can confront your fears too like those four lepers, although they were outcasts they eventually saved the whole city. This could be your story too or even better. Your dream career beckons Here are ways to connect with me, i can help you confront your fears Here are ways to connect with me. This horrible conflict is really not as complicated as Zionists try to make it. It started in 1948 by the racist European Zionist founders of Israel, who ethnically cleansed over 750K Palestinians. Zionists actually believe they own every Palestinian home & inch of land & have the right to kill indigenous Palestinian families that refuse to leave. This is ridiculous because Palestinians have literally been there for thousands of years, never left, & their genetics proves it. At some point their Canaanite & Jewish ancestors simply converted to Christianity &/or Islam. So why would that mean Jewish immigrants from Europe & the U.S., who have never even been there, own all of their homes & private property? Please listen to renowned Jewish-American Professor Noam Chomsky explain how ridiculous this ownership claim is: lnkd.in/gtHPPHUz What would you do if someone stole or demolished your house & livelihood, killed some of your family, & left the rest of you with nothing, to live in the squalor of a refugee camp? That is what Israel did to over 750K Palestinians in 1948, over 300K in 1967, over 250K since 1967, & now it's trying to do it to the families in Gaza for the second time. Most of the families in Gaza owned homes & farms where Israeli cities & towns now stand, which Israel literally stole from them. Most even still have their front door keys. Israel has also continued stealing more Palestinian homes & farms EVERY YEAR in the West Bank & East Jerusalem as part of its brutal 57 year apartheid & ethnic cleansing, & has imposed a brutal blockade of Gaza since 2005. ALL illegal under international law, immoral, & ongoing acts of war. Please listen to the ex-head of Israel’s Shin Bet (their FBI), Ami Ayalon, & ex-Israeli PM & General, Ehud Barak, BOTH say IF THEY WERE PALESTINIAN THEY WOULD FIGHT ISRAEL BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE THEIR LIBERTY: lnkd.in/guNE7vay Even the ex-head of Israel’s Mossad (their CIA) said “There is an apartheid state here. In a territory where two people are judged under two legal systems, that is an apartheid state.” lnkd.in/gF_2dqvM. I will continue advocating for peaceful resistance & Palestinians have been trying for decades, but when they do, Israeli soldiers shoot them in the knees, kill them, or at least imprison & beat them. If you don't believe it, read this 2020 Haaretz article titled: '42 Knees in One Day': Israeli Snipers Open Up About Shooting Gaza Protesters: lnkd.in/g4VqQRzs I also cry for the 38 Israeli children & others killed on Oct 7th, but this horrible conflict did NOT start on that day, & the proof is the nearly 2300 Palestinian children Israeli soldiers & settlers killed between 2000 & Oct 2023, including 43 during the 9 months just before Oct 7th (all details on BTselem.org). And now, Israel is committing genocide with the weapons WE keep giving them & has now killed OVER 25,000 WOMEN & CHILDREN (~70% of the dead), & MORE EVERY DAY, according to The Pentagon: lnkd.in/gaMEPKSn
Before marching into Gaza, a settler from New York explains that that she wants to live on the beach in Gaza after the Palestinians are expelled. “We have lists already of about 500 families that are willing, on the drop of a hat to move to Gaza...People are going to start building towns. We have the names of towns. It’s already being planned.” I don’t even know what to say…

What’s a common question you get at work? One of my most frequent inquiries, as recently as yesterday in fact, is whether my company works only in the US or internationally We are definitely global In fact, our company name is Assets International Over our more than two decades in business, we have located heirs in dozens of countries and united them with their inheritances The list includes Canada, Mexico, Israel, Pakistan, Norway and Japan So, if you need to find a missing heir wherever he or she may be, you know who to call What about you? What’s a common question you get asked at work? #probate #missingheir #inheritance #unclaimedproperty

If humanity is to survive, the e-vil must be stopped. Otherwise, anyone who stands against it will be dealt with severely. We see this happening in many parts of the world. People are not allowed to exercise their right to freedom; those protesting against war cri-mes are being arr-ested. Student movements across the globe face harsh consequences for choosing to stand with humanity. The people of Palestine are being bôm-bed simply because they want their land. The world must unite and raise their voices together to stop this Ziø-n!st e-vil regime that is controlling everything. #StandWithHumanity #EndOppression #StopWarCrimes #FreedomForAll #RaiseYourVoice #JusticeForPalestine #FreePalestine #SaveChildren #StopGenocide #Rafah #Humanity #Government #Freedom
All views expressed are my own. I am accepting all connection requests from people who are standing up for the injustices currently taking place in Palestine and around the world.
A father in Gaza: “I did the strangest thing today - I exchanged my children with my brother’s. I took two of his children, and gave him two of mine. So in case I get bombed, one of mine will survive & if he gets bombed, one of his will live on.” 💔
