On Kargil Vijay Diwas, we honor the courage, resilience, and strategic brilliance of our soldiers who triumphed against all odds. Their victory offers profound lessons in leadership, especially for those of us in the pharma industry. The Kargil War teaches us the importance of: Strategic Vision: Success in any battle, whether on the front lines or in the boardroom, requires a clear, strategic vision. Leaders must anticipate challenges and plan meticulously. Team Cohesion: Just as soldiers rely on each other, our teams must work in unison, leveraging diverse strengths to achieve common goals. Resilience and Adaptability: In the face of adversity, adaptability and unwavering resolve are crucial. We must remain steadfast, learn from setbacks, and continuously innovate. Leadership Under Pressure: Effective leadership shines in times of crisis. Leading with integrity and decisiveness can inspire and guide our teams through the toughest challenges. As we commemorate this day, let's embody these principles in our pursuit of excellence in the pharma sector, ensuring that we deliver life-saving solutions with the same dedication and spirit. Jai Hind! 🇮🇳 #KargilVijayDiwas #Leadership #PharmaLeadership #Resilience #Teamwork #StrategicVision

Ganapati or Ganesha, revered as the deity of wisdom and obstacle removal, offers valuable leadership insights. Leaders should seek wisdom, make informed decisions, and practice attentive listening like his large ears symbolize. Good leaders prioritize hearing their teams to foster trust and collaboration. Ganesha's unique form symbolizes flexibility, and his serene expression reminds leaders to remain composed during crises, embodying the role of an obstacle remover for those around them. Despite his immense power, Ganesha's humble posture teaches that leadership is about serving and guiding others. These qualities make Ganapati a role model, embodying wisdom, compassion, & cooperation in leadership and life. #Ganapati #Leader #festival #celebrationoflife #wordsofwisdom #thewisdomstories #thecreativeprocess #rhythmoflife #balancingact #aboflife #anactofplayfulness #metamorphosis #lifelessons #lifeisbeautiful #inharmonywithnature #socialenterprise

"The Power of Durga: Lessons for Leadership and Business" Embrace the Spirit of Durga Puja: Leadership Lessons from the Goddess Durga As we celebrate Durga Puja, let's reflect on the qualities of Goddess Durga and how they resonate with today's leadership and business principles. Here are a few key takeaways for leaders and professionals: 1. Strength in Diversity: Just like Durga's multiple arms represent various powers, strong leaders harness diverse skills and talents within their teams to tackle challenges from all angles. 2. Decisiveness and Courage: Durga symbolizes the courage to make tough decisions in the face of adversity. Leaders today must also demonstrate fearless decision-making to drive their businesses forward. 3. Compassion with Power: True leadership isn’t just about power but also about empathy. Durga’s maternal side shows us the importance of balancing strength with kindness and understanding in the workplace. 4. Victory over Obstacles: The essence of Durga Puja is the triumph of good over evil. In business, persistence, ethics, and resilience are what help overcome challenges and lead to success. Abdul Wahid Omar and Nazir Razak have left their mark as truly remarkable leaders. Through both of their courses on DIRI, they have shared their experiences and teachings on what it takes to be a great leader. Great leadership transcends just achieving goals; it is about inspiring others to join you on the journey. A truly inspiring leader communicates a clear vision, builds an environment of trust and respect, promotes creativity, and aligns the team with effective communication. Are you one of these leaders? Reflect on whether your interactions inspire rather than instruct. Evaluate if your feedback boosts confidence and fosters growth. And, think about your vision: is it compelling enough to gain enthusiastic commitment? Leadership is a continuous path to excellence, demanding that you inspire and make a profound impact in your professional sphere. Embrace these qualities to enhance your leadership journey. #DIRI #DIRImy #LearnWithDIRI #ResonanceLearning #AbdulWahidOmar #NazirRazak

#GratitudePost Few days back I had an opportunity to take a 3 day transformational journey called Atman Ramayan, along with 10 elite fellow travellers. Atman Ramayan is workshop that aims to nurture leadership through the journey of soul. The workshop left us in deep reflection and compulsion to take action. For me personally, Atman Ramayan has given three pillars for lifetime. First pillar is the set of 9 dimensions discussed extensively during the workshop. Second one is the great guru K Srini. And third one is community that we built during this workshop. It includes Shefali Rao who is the weaver of this workshop along with The Strategist team and my elite fellow travellers: Janani Prakaash, Keval Savla, Megh Risaldar, Swetha Anusha G., Srikanth Surampudi, Madhavi Sharma, Manmeet Kaur, Shreekant Gupta, Shilpi Sahay Choudhury and Prabodh Patra. While much has already been written about Atman Ramayan by my fellow travellers, I think it is designed for all the budding and established leaders who are looking for measurable improvements in their leadership quotient. #AtmanRamayan #selfreflection #growth
