While we often associate ethics with integrity and honesty in our external actions, Grant encourages us to look inward and apply these principles to ourselves. Being ethical is not just about how I interact with the world; it's about maintaining a standard of integrity in my self-dealings. This means #KeepingPromisesToMyself, #PursuingMyGoalsWithPersistence, and ensuring that #MyActionsAlignWithMyValues. When I’m ethical with myself, I build a foundation of trust and self-confidence that is indispensable for true success. It's about being accountable, not just to others, but to my own commitments and aspirations. This principle guides me toward greater self-respect and, ultimately, greater achievements.
