We all have a funny relationship with social media. It seems to be a constant in our lives and it’s pretty clear that for the most part, we’re unsure if it brings more bad than good. As a company, we had to get clear on how we were going to use these tools. Where do we stand and how to we show up? One thing that I repeat to the team is “we do it our way” It’s very easy to drop down to what’s working and follow the crowd but to build a movement, to be great, you have to step outside the box and really create something close to your heart. So for Freewyld when it comes to social media, it’s all about storytelling. Telling the story of the people, places and spaces that make up the Freewyld experience. That doesn't even include processing fees that the merchant pays the processing companies which is negotiable, but most merchants don't know how to negotiate it in a real way that protects them from junk feed or increase with little or no warning it transparency. Go ahead and add a bunch more billion to that. What are we even paying for? The convenience of using our own money? Well, not if the merchant uses cash discount or dual pricing. Then you as the cardholder are even paying for YOUR OWN REWARD POINTS!!!! Get educated. Use your debit cards in any business that charges an additional processing fee!
