The 2022 Act has set ambitious greenhouse gas reduction goals, aiming to achieve #netzero direct carbon emissions by 2040. As part of this initiative, owners of covered buildings must report their "direct greenhouse gas emissions" to the Maryland Department of the Environment beginning in 2025. Vicinity is proud to contribute to Maryland's sustainable energy and emissions reduction objectives.
