Taking Action to Improve UTME Results in Nigeria This year, around 70% of students who took the JAMB exam in Nigeria did not score up to 200, highlighting a significant challenge in our education system. Determined to make a difference, I decided to create **UTME.com.ng**. **UTME.com.ng** is a dedicated platform where students can practice before the main exam. Currently, it's about 60% complete, and I am thrilled about its potential to help students achieve better results. The platform mirrors the actual JAMB exam in terms of scoring, timing, and the number of questions, ensuring that students get a realistic practice experience. One of the unique features of **UTME.com.ng** is the leaderboard, which challenges students to put in their best effort. To motivate them further, I plan to reward the top performers on the leaderboard every month. I believe that with the right tools and practice, students can significantly improve their scores and achieve their academic goals. I welcome any ideas or suggestions on how to make this platform even more effective. As the year comes to an end, I know many of us are working on reporting continuing education credits to maintain credentials. Personally, I have found great value in the education provided by #IWBI (WELL) in achieving the WELL AP accreditation and sharing this knowledge with clients. How to make the most of a program as a virtual participant. My heart was broken when I found out that I would be attending the Venture in Management Program (ViMP) virtually. I had dreamed of sitting in the classroom at Lagos Business School and connecting on-site with other participants, but that wasn't my reality Here is how I made the most of the program despite my mode of participation; 📍I connected with other participants and made sure to ask questions, answer some and make contributions during class sessions to the point that all the LBS lecturers and ViMP participants knew my name. 📍I had a designated work space and made sure to sign into class and be seated before 8AM daily. I also had a note pad that I used to take notes. 📍I leveraged the break times. I realized after day 1, that I was more productive in the afternoon if only I rested during the lunch break. So, I used the break time to eat and sleep. 📍Finally, I reviewed my notes at the end of each day to reinforce key learning points. It was my active participation that made Junior Achievement Nigeria contact me to make a video on 'A Day in My Life as a ViMP Virtual Participant'.
