We believe in fostering connections that extend beyond the office walls. Through our immersive experience at the Tertúlia Algarvia, we gained invaluable insights into the intersection of food and teamwork. Beyond professional alliances, we connected on a personal level, sharing stories, laughter, and moments of joy. It's not just about transactions; it's about creating relationships. Just like in the kitchen, effective communication is essential in the workplace. We learned how to coordinate tasks, share ideas, and ensure everyone is on the same page, resulting in smoother workflows and better outcomes. Meet Ella Rizki, the inspiring figure behind KWT Nira Lestari and one of the changemakers from CCE 3.0, has transformed her village’s natural abundance into a global #business success. With a clear vision and a passion for empowering her community, Ella turned challenges into opportunities. In 2015, motivated by the struggles of mothers in her village who had to work far from home to support their families, Ella founded Kelompok Wanita Tani Nira Lestari in Magelang, Central Java. This initiative allowed women to stay #productive from home, remain close to their families, and still contribute to their household income. Using the village's abundant coconut resources, Ella tapped into their potential to create #innovative products. Applying knowledge from her university studies, she expanded beyond coconut sugar production to develop other value-added products. Coconut meat is processed into Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), while coconut flowers are turned into plant-based honey. These innovations have propelled KWT Nira Lestari to global markets, with products now reaching Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Netherlands. This achievement not only showcases the power of product differentiation but also brings economic benefits to her community.
