Hello, good people! 🖐 I'm happy to share a UI UX case study at the DANA Indonesia app on improving the discovery of the cash withdrawal feature. This case study is the Final Project of UI UX Design Bootcamp at dibimbing.id. which is mentored by Mas Kukuh Satria P. and Mas Ryan Sukma Nesya. This case study was conducted to (1) explore user behavior, needs, and problems when using the cash withdrawal feature in DANA. (2) to identify areas that can be improved and enhanced in DANA's user interface. This project uses the Design Thinking and Atomic UX Research method approaches in processing information and data. Data collection uses literature studies, survey distribution to 14 respondents, and validation of survey data through in-depth interviews with 5 participants as DANA users who match the participant criteria. Through this case study, I learned a lot about the process of data analysis, data synthesis, user interviews, usability testing, creating mockups, prototyping, system design, and intense consultation with mentors, to improve my skills in UI UX Design and Research. UI and UX are not minor aspects; they have a significant impact on the that i'm working on. Having strong UI/UX skills has greatly assisted me in working on my projects. Recently, I attended a webinar hosted by SkillHub on "Introduction to the Design Research" on June 7, 2024. The webinar was led by Kak Reza Arfirstyo, a UI and Product Researcher at AirAsia. This webinar was incredibly helpful and Kak Reza explained the material exceptionally well. I've got a lot of new insights such as: - Design Process: Understanding the structured approach to creating designs. - Research Methods: Learning various methods to conduct effective design research. - Case Studies and Examples: Exploring multiple case studies and their applications in the industry. - Considerations for Good UI/UX: Identifying essential factors to create excellent UI/UX. - Developing UI/UX: Learning how to enhance and develop UI/UX skills further. There are a lot of things that I can't tell you here. Huge thanks to Kak Reza and the SkillHub team for this invaluable learning opportunity. Your guidance and knowledge have significantly contributed to my understanding of UI/UX. Looking forward to the next webinar 😁 !
