JLL has been appointed to lease the new Nona Medical Center in #Orlando. The brokerage team of Lucia Hedke , LEED GA and Micah Strader will be spearheading leasing efforts. "The area certainly needs additional, high-quality medical office space — especially as medicine modernizes, it's appropriate to be in a modern, Class A building," Hedke told Orlando Business Journal. "The Lake Nona area continues to grow across many levels — I think the average age now is about 37 years old, so you're seeing a good mix of younger population."
