We wanted to share this HotelChamp.com article from 2022 that is still very relevant today for the modern Hospitality Industry, for properties that want to attract guests to use their facilities as a refreshing option instead of the office. We have been getting requests from across the country collaborate with sales teams to attract more guests to work and stay at their property. https://lnkd.in/gNxgBgac More and more companies are requiring workers to come back and work under their roof, but many workers enjoyed the benefits of working remotely, and that corporate pull has begun to swing back again to out-of-the-office, out-of-the-box work conditions that have improved employee moral and performance. If your facility is discussing new options to help showcase what you offer to remote workers, this may be an article you would want to read and build ideas upon for your facility. #remotework #remoteworkforce #hospitalityindustry #gueststay #improvedperformance

🌍👨💻Greetings, hospitality leaders! It’s HotelFriend here, bringing you the latest trend in the hospitality industry: Catering to remote workers! 📈 The world of work is evolving, and so are the preferences of the modern workforce. Remote workers, or 'digital nomads', are seeking destinations that blend work and leisure seamlessly. This opens a new avenue for hotels to attract this growing demographic! 🔑 Key Strategies to Attract Remote Workers: 📝 Create Productive Spaces: Designate quiet zones with strong Wi-Fi and ergonomic workstations. Think comfort meets connectivity! 📝 Room with a View (and More): Offer rooms with functional desk spaces, reliable internet, and maybe even a scenic view to inspire productivity. 📝 24/7 F&B Services: Offer round-the-clock access to dining, especially coffee and tea services, to cater to diverse work schedules. 📝 Wellness and Recreation: Balance work with wellness. Offer yoga sessions, gym access, or guided meditations to help guests rejuvenate. 📝 Community Building: Host networking events or social mixers. Great for digital nomads to connect and collaborate. 👉 Why It Works: 🔹 Remote workers often opt for longer stays, ensuring steadier occupancy rates. 🔹 By catering to this niche, you tap into a global, diverse client base. 🔹 With more guests working on-site, expect a surge in coffee and tea sales, along with other amenities. 🔹 Become known as a forward-thinking, tech-savvy hotel that meets the needs of modern travelers. We’re your partner in innovation. Our platform is designed to support your journey in adapting to these new trends, ensuring you're equipped to welcome the remote workforce with open arms. #Hotel #BookingEngine #Booking #HotelTrends #HospitalityTrends #Hotel2024 #Hospitality2024 #HospitalityManagement #HospitalityTech #HospitalitySolutions #HospitalitySoftware #HotelManagement #HotelSoftware #HotelManagement #HospitalityNews #Hospitality

Salesforce is an extraordinarily powerful platform and Aedon.Accounting leverages that power to solve complex accounting problems using native Salesforce tools and capabilities.
If anyone has a better view from their office window, please share it! But that isn't the reason why rent here, the answer is very simple - WE WORK HARDER. We use Regus in Stockton-on-Tees and the office is lovely. The staff (Emma Caswell ) look after us beautifully and the price is very reasonable. Moreover we can use the business lounge in any Regus office worldwide for free – with a guest as well, which is a “Brucy Bonus” (for those who remember the Generation Game). Why do don’t we just work virtually? - Because it gets us out of the house and provides a valuable separation between work and home. Also not everyone is lucky enough to have enough space at home to work productively. - Because it is nice to meet face-to-face. It allows for lots of informal interactions and unplanned meeting which don’t warrant scheduling a proper call. - Explaining things face-to-face is also often much easier. Most of us don’t type as fast as we think! - Finally in group discussions, it is much easier to “read the mood in the room”, if you are physically in a room. But it also stops staff (INCLUDING ME!) from playing online games, watching day-time TV, doing the washing and managing their day-to-life. So for all the reasons above, we think office working has considerable merit. But we do prefer a mix: sometimes in the office and sometimes at home and then good habits remain good habits. #servicedoffices #WFH #aedonaccounting #hr
