Congratulations to Ashley Petruccelli, Network Manager, our 2024 Excellence in Ethical Practice award winner! Each year, we celebrate the exceptional commitment to ethical practice in case management with this award, signifying a deep dedication to principles such as autonomy, beneficence, fidelity, justice, and veracity as outlined in the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) Code for Professional Conduct. Ashley was honored at this year’s 2024 Catastrophic Summit alongside last year's winner, Autumn Rich RN, BSN, CCM. "I am so very grateful and humbled by this recognition. I have learned and grown personally and professionally since I started working with Paradigm and just feel so lucky to be able to work alongside such brilliant, motivated and genuinely wonderful people," shared Ashley. "The collective dedication and expertise our Paradigm Management Teams' offer our injured workers is a huge driving force for me. Their support, allows me to really focus on a holistic care model." Ashley was nominated for this award due to the excellent care management she provides, both from a medical and emotional standpoint. In a recent situation with an injured worker who experienced an amputation, brain injury, and a stroke, not only did Ashley coordinate a successful transition for the injured worker to use her prosthesis regularly, but she provided tremendous support to her throughout the process. She was encouraging with the injured worker, patient, persistent, empathetic, and wiped away many tears. She advocated and coordinated extra services to help her build a sense of community and feel less isolated. Her love and commitment to her work shine through in every interaction with her injured workers and is a stellar example of excellence in ethical practice. We are grateful to work with Ashley. Congratulations! #ethicalexcellence #casemanagement #employeespotlight #casemanagers #excellenceaward #excellencewinner
