One of our summer interns Johannes Ondruch share his internship experience over the past 12 weeks with Parameta Solution.
I’m a 3rd-year Economics and Management student at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, with a passion for data and its applications in the business world. This summer, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work as an intern in the Automation and Governance team at Parameta Solutions.
In my role, I’ve been involved in several impactful projects that have changed and streamlined the processes here, utilising automation, and genuinely changed the way people in the team work.
These experiences have given me valuable insights into the importance of automation, the intricacies of data governance, and the power of technology in driving business success.
My key takeaways:
The Power of Automation from a Low-Code/No-Code Perspective: I had the opportunity to explore both traditional and low-code/no-code automation tools. It’s fascinating to see how impactful these tools can be in streamlining processes and making automation accessible to more teams.
The People Make the Organisation: Throughout my internship, I’ve seen firsthand how the people at Parameta Solutions are truly the backbone of the company. I’ve enjoyed connecting with everyone here and learning from their expertise and enthusiasm.
A Welcoming Internship Experience: The internship program has been exceptional in fostering a sense of community. From networking events to sessions with leaders across the TP ICAP group, I’ve gained a holistic understanding of the organisation and built valuable connections.
I’m grateful for the chance to contribute to such meaningful work and to learn from the talented team at Parameta Solutions.
