Happy #PrideMonth from Ripple&Co! 🏳️🌈 🏳️⚧️ At a time when less than 50% of #LGBTQ+ people feel comfortable coming out at work, often because they fear being treated differently, it is important to move beyond "rainbow-washing" this year (Deloitte, 2023). 🌈 Rainbow-washing occurs when an organisation uses rainbow logos, typically throughout June, without committing to meaningful actions or support.
