To any entrepreneur looking for a kick of motivation, I really recommend watching this podcast episode interviewing the founder of KidSuper. The energy and #hustle of this guy is fantastic and pretty contagious. After watching, I was definitely thinking about all the crazy things I could do. Bonus discussion at the start to go over what you can expect from a colonscopy haha. The candid approach Tosh takes to this stuff is great, but you can skip to 9:41 if you just want to get to the interview. I highly recommend not skipping if you aren't comfortable with getting your own colonscopy as a male of 40+. Ain't nothing to be ashamed of, and it sure as shit shouldn't be avoided. Some very avoidable deaths due to people not getting checked up. https://lnkd.in/gxQv_7Tv

Your badassery is limited only by your mindset. Let’s conquer your confidence challenges, whether from work anxiety, social media awkwardness, or taking the next leap in your life. Your inner badass is waiting! DM me! 👊
Have you ever thought about the impact of your clothing on the environment? 👗🌎 When Stella Scott told me she was starting a course called Classy Vintage Mastery centered around vintage/second-hand clothing, I was excited! (Spoiler, this course was SO good, I did a full Cafe Grit podcast episode on it - Episode 066 Fashionista, on #youtube or your favorite streaming podcast platforms.) Before this class, I considered myself "fashion-impaired." But really, I was just lost in how to dress and look good without feeling like my mom. (No offense, Mom...you were beautiful...just not me. ❤️) The timing was perfect, as I was pondering my new life as a FORMER corporate queen and figuring out what was next in my career. 👉 And this program was truly amazing in helping me explore my sense of style. But it was oh so much more! I had never thought about the impact of my "instant gratification/disposable stuff" mentality when it came to clothing. (We US Americans are the GODS of "stuff" aren't we?) I am always looking for ways to improve my negative impact to the earth and the environment, and paying attention to what I wear and how I take care of my attire is a great way to do that! ✅ Please follow Stella (she also has some amazing content on sleep) and look out for the next Classy Vintage Mastery (coming in June). Worth every penny, every minute. Thank you, Stella! 👊 ⭐️ What are your assumptions about your clothing? Do you struggle with your style? #bethannecampbell #cafegrit #selfcare #environment #fashion

Megan's first podcast! 🎧 Take a listen for a deep dive into the importance of Style on set. 🎥
My first podcast experience and must say I kinda love it! I'm an avid podcast listener, myself. Sometimes I need to slow my roll to allow what I've learned to even sink in! I was thrilled to be on the giving end being able to provide what I've learned to others in the production and branding world. This podcast will help brands and producers understand the importance of the finishing touch. When a substantial investment is being made in creating your content, don't leave the aesthetics to chance. Or, rely on team members to address this aspect when it's not their primary focus in the project. Having a second set of eyes, hands, and a process for this component helps the production run smoothly, the talent is happy + taken care of, and timelines are met. 🙌 If you have a few minutes I'd appreciate you for listening, and also a grateful shout out to Bill B. - owner of Flex Media, and Kathie Taylor (Zipp) for this opportunity.

Sustainable Stylist | Ethical Fashion | Community Organiser | Speaker | Social Justice - Equity - Representation - Sustainability
Not sure why this has taken me so long to share, but in my attempt to practise more joy this week amidst the ongoing atrocities in the world, I wanted to share this podcast interview I was featured on from November last year after a breakfast session I spoke at in Adelaide for Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA). In the session we talked about how wearing our values is a way to represent and be our most authentic selves. In this little audio snippet we chat about: - Dressing to stand out instead of fitting in - How clothing and style is a way to start conversations - Being a good trouble maker through clothing as a way to challenge what is appropriate work wear in a professional services industry - Ethic/cultural dress in all spaces - The difference between connecting & belonging and self expression & individuality when it come to the clothes we choose to wear - Dressing outside of the binary - How your outfit is an opening statement and breaks the ice - Displaying your heart on the sleeve is a truth and vulnerability piece - We question: what is the worst that will happen if you wear a sparkly jacket to work? You might be surprised. Would love for you to tune in - please share your thoughts in the comment section below. #sustainablefashion #perosonalstyle #wearyourvalues #authenticdress #purposeoverprofit #sustinablestylist #ethics
