Deep in the 🧪 and decided to take a look at what percent of new construction, single family homes convert to a rental within 6 months of sale. Rate is up 5x since the beginning of the pandemic. Nationwide, 1 in 20 new single family homes are used as rentals today. Work inspired by a convo I had the other day.
