Site Work Underway at New Publix Store in Tampa’s West River Neighborhood   Construction crews have begun clearing the land on the site of a new 32,000-square foot Publix Super Markets Grocery Store that will be constructed in the West River neighborhood of Tampa. The store will include a #bakery and #pharmacy. The three acre site will offer 138 #parking spaces. The Publix store is a component of the City of Tampa’s West River Redevelopment. The West River neighborhood includes approximately 150 acres of land along the western banks of the Hillsborough River and spans from Downtown Tampa to Tampa Heights. The #redevelopment plan includes #housing, #retail, #office space surrounding parks and walkways along the Hillsborough River. The first phase is expected to be complete in 2024. https://lnkd.in/eDq2Gi27 Park & Eleazer Construction Forrest Eleazer Austin Fuoco Tracie Taylor Andrew Park
