HERE ARE THE TACTICAL IMPORTANCE OF THE FIRST 4 SHOTS. Rallies very often do not even last 4 shots. But the winner, passing shot under pressure should be practiced because these are very often the shots that will make the difference in important matches. Players should practice the 5th and 6th shot only if they have created a situation where they can finish the point. #tenniscoach #tennislife #tennisacademy

What does Wimbledon and a good Estate Agent have in common? The All England Lawn Tennis Championships are now well underway at Wimbledon. Tennis reminds us of a very important aspect of estate agency work. The rallies which can go on for ages depending on how good the players are have a hint of negotiation about them. The back and forth nature of the ball whizzing over the net can be like dealing with offers and other enquiries from potential buyers, vendors and their solicitors. To keep the rallies/negotiations going takes skill, experience, enthusiasm and energy. One piece of advice I’ve shared before to people making an offer on a property they genuinely like is not to go in ridiculously low. This often makes the person on the other side of the net annoyed and can really hinder any future negotiating. You’ll have the vendor screaming ‘You cannot be serious!’ in true John McEnroe style! The best type of property negotiations (unlike tennis rallies) end with a win-win situation for both players. Whether you're a Coco Gauff, Iga Swiatek or Cameron Norrie fan, thanks for reading and if you’re thinking of selling or renting and if you would like the advantage of a SOLD or LET sign outside your property quicker, we’d love to hear from you so get in touch with Forbes Estate Agents today. Ready to serve – If you’re looking to move please DM, call 01257 273324 or drop us an email at info@forbesestates.com for advice on how we can maximise the value of your home and deliver ace service. It’s all about affordability. I have not seen sports related good infrastructure here. Not only from government side but also from private sector side. All are more focused on End result, we all are highly active at the time of Olympics or related maga events, but what about the process. For any athlete to win a medal🏅 there is requirement of huge training hours, which we forgot during rest of year. Every year, performance graphs are increasing across the world and we are not raising our level. Even we are not bothered to. We are happy to make maga celebrations for 6 winners out of 140 Crore population. All are happy by giving huge prize money and giving Endorsements to few winners. Real disappointment is from school level, they are focusing on 4th class student to learn 10th standard Math and English. But when it come to sports activities, they are almost Zero. This need to reform a lot to reduce study burden on student (at least remove non relevant study content from courses) and making sports events mandatory in all the schools. School size does not matter as there are variety of indoor and outdoor games available. If infrastructure is there, then there is no coaching support. Expectation is that athletes can lean from YouTube. We cannot create winners without affordable infrastructure, high level or training and early age entry of kids in sports activities. The significance of what happens between points... In a two-hour tennis match, for how much time are you actually playing – how long is the ball in play? Research shows that about 75% (and often more) of match duration is non-playing time. The ball is ‘live’ for maybe 30 minutes. How you spend the other 90 minutes is crucial in deciding how well you perform. A BETWEEN POINT ROUTINE: · When a point ends, ask yourself if there was anything you learnt from it which you can use later on. If you played badly in that point, put it behind you. Dwelling on poor play in a previous (and unchangeable) rally can cause you to play badly in future rallies... · Focus on the point about to begin. If you are serving, what type of serve are you going to hit? Where are you going to hit it to? Are you going to serve and volley or stay back? Experienced players usually bounce the ball a number of times before they serve. This `service ritual` forces them to take the necessary time.

Safosport Media at KNRC Nanyuki Rally2024🇰🇪in June. The Kenyan Motosport scene is slowly losing it’s grip with the once huge entries for local rallies which reached 40+ back in 2010. Sponsors, marketers and corporations are now only focusing on the WRC Safari rally which happens annually only and do not want to engage with the local competition. So, my friends, I would like to know your thoughts on how to attract more entries to the Kenya National Rally Championship. What should the government do? What should Safari Rally office do to attract more competitors?

Barbara Corcoran The preach, Love it 😁 On a serious note: There is no tough times in business as such if you have right strategic biz partners and funds ready to invest. Context: Have to bootstrapped, maintaining the skinny team, generating revenue, profitable, The Experienced Team, The Infra, The System, The SOP's and all things needed to run the show in place, running short of inventories, have to say no to our valued customer's almost every hour, sold out, no inventory to sell, the team etc.....all remains underutilized and hungry. Seeking funds to buy Inventory/Update the capacity of our website/app, Unable to do it, No source of funds available, practically impossible to scale with the revenue generated and blah blah blah..... Very interested to hear what do think of this: '' Problem '' , ''Tough Times '' or '' Good Problem 2 Have '' ? P.S Please don't tell me to install Telegram App to discuss further like your Shark Tank Friends, Namely names start with '' R '' '' K '' Pun Intended 😁

Embrace the passion of Roland-Garros crowds. As a professional tennis player, you have to deal with things you cannot control. Several players have complained about the atmosphere at Roland-Garros, saying – to sum it up quickly – that it’s becoming more like a football match with its loud and energetic crowd. Well, isn’t that what makes football so exciting? Iga Swiatek expressed her frustration with the crowd's behaviour during rallies. While we ask spectators to refrain from making noise during points, not everyone is familiar with tennis ethics. People get caught up in the excitement, and in a way, that’s pretty cool. The atmosphere becomes electric. When you have a passionate crowd, like in the Davis Cup, who doesn’t love it? Extreme emotions are what make sports captivating. People watch sports to feel those intense moments. During the match between Stan Wawrinka and Pavel Kotov, the crowd was often vocal during rallies, yet there were no complaints. This is part of being a professional tennis player – dealing with the uncontrollable. However, I agree with David Goffin that there must be limits. Disrespectful behaviour, such as spitting on players or throwing objects, is absolutely unacceptable. There should be staff in the stadiums specifically tasked with monitoring the crowd. If someone crosses the line, they need to be warned immediately, and if the behaviour continues, they should be removed from the stadium. But it's fantastic to see fans becoming more engaged. I hope this trend continues. Shouting and passionately supporting your player shouldn't be an issue. It’s all part of the game. That's one of things we do at UTS Tour: the crowd is part of the experience. They can express themselves no matter what. And the players have no problem with it. #PatrickMouratoglou #RolandGarros #Tennis #Sports
