Now this is a complaint/vent. I keep getting folk from companies sending me email and whatsapp messages to give me office jobs for 8 hours- now this is no shame to folk that do desk jobs (Like good on you, get that dough, baby) but it's like can't you read what my skills say? "I do art and animation" I do not do "Architecture, landscaping and data entry" Now I think it's apparent that I'm Emirati (basically a UAE native/arab) and if you're arab chances are you get a job working at a desk or working in architecture, art is basically a hobby and out of the line in the corporate industry here. I just wish the UAE has a variety in jobs and doesn't outsource a billionth percent of the time. You want to be innovative, yeah? Then innovate by putting your people in creative positions damnit! Legit I. Am. Tired! Edit: It's like do you expect me to just willy nilly "Do a good job being a cashier/go on and write bits and pieces of information" Like- no just no, you're not getting employees like that, and for Emiratization you're just going to get rejected.
