If you have access to a club or participant database, imagine the impact data from your sport could have on shaping future decisions around the cost to play and deliver sport! 🌟 Please share our survey via eDM with your players and clubs. Lesson 3 Blue Stage: Themed Stations Any sports coach who has worked with the under 4 market knows all too well that attention span could play havoc on a lesson. Having 2-3 minute stations with different themes and story’s at each one keeps the young players engaged. Not only that, as you can see it gives me time to roam and engage parents and give them that knowledge to take home and try. #tennisaustralia #hotshotstennis #tenniscoaching #kidssport #nextgeneration #sportsparents

It is no surprise that I am a big proponent of the values and benefits of amateur sport - including the mental and physical health benefits, the development of skills including team play and resiliency, along with the terrific way sport builds communities and connections. In BC, quality, safe, and inclusive amateur sport experiences are delivered by viaSport Designated Sport organizations. These 72 provincial organizations have met minimum standards through a comprehensive evaluation review designed to promote accountability, integrity, and transparency to its members, athletes, officials, coaches, volunteers, sponsors and the general public. This evaluation includes a review of strategies and polices around governance, coaching & officiating, participation, and athlete development — all supported by volunteer Board of Directors. As you contemplate summer sport programming, or looking at options for the fall, please consider programs offered by these organizations. They are achieving the highest standards in quality and safety. Go here to learn more about these 72 organizations.
