Experience in the sign industry is highly preferred. Strong communication skills, must be able to meet quotas, problem solve, and have excellent attention to detail. This job requires understanding measurements, fractions and memorizing substrates, applications and pricing. Please only serious inquiries. This is a salaried position + comissions and bonus opportunities. We offer health insurance, vision, dental and 2 weeks PTO Full-time at 36 hours a week. Monday-Thursday 8:00a-4:30p and Fri 8a-12p. Hire a marketing specialist It can be tough to delegate tasks and take your hands off the wheel but in my own experience it relieves so much stress and allows you to focus on what you are best at.

Hiring a sales rep is a great topic and here is a overview from John (JD) Dean. We often see Founders, who are not experienced at hiring sales reps, look for the wrong things in an interview. Reps who do not perform well in their roles are often great at interviews - plenty of practice. Don't hire to your Hollywood vision of a sales rep - they are wrong for you. Look for the things JD mentioned in the video - business curious, ask great questions, listen, looking for next steps. Sales Rep: I don't like to role play, its uncomfortable. Sales Rep: I just want to know what to do when you get "Said Objection" Me: What did the Customer Say? Act like the customer. Sales Rep: "I need to think about it, can you call in 2 weeks?" Me: If you don't mind me asking what are you going to be thinking about? Sales Rep: I need to figure out the logistics of getting project done. Me: What seems to be the most difficult to figure out? Sales Rep: How I am going to move everything and where to put all the stuff. Me: Besides moving everything and where you are going to put it, is there anything else that you are going to be thinking about? Sales Rep: No, I think that is everything. Me: If I could help you get things moved and an affordable place to put your things, would you be ready to move forward with the project? Sales Rep: Wait!! did we just do a role play? Me: Yes Sales Rep: I actually like that, I feel like I have something to say next time I get in that situation again. Role play gives us the opportunity to help more customer in all situations because we've came up with a game plan on "what to say" before it happens. Get comfortable being uncomfortable!
