Not all networking events will ask you to do a 60 second pitch to the whole event (ours don’t) but it’s still a good idea to be able to succinctly tell people about what you do in 30 seconds or less. For some industries it’s easy (everyone knows what a hairdresser does) but for others, it’s a bit more complex. Our Threads & Connections networking event is on November 2nd and our members shared a few Spooktacular Networking Tips for a hauntingly good time at our event tomorrow and anytime! 🎃👻 1. Mingle Like a Ghost, But Leave an Impression - Approach networking with confidence and the intent to make lasting connections. Just like a ghostly apparition, your presence should linger in the minds of those you meet. 2. Trick or Treat at the Food Table - Use the food table strategically. Strike up conversations with fellow attendees while sharing your favorite nibbles. It’s the perfect way to bond over common tastes! 3.
