For the month of October, DRIRITE Of Hillsborough County proudly features Scott Wilcox in HighGround’s Monthly Employee Spotlight. Scott serves as the Marketing Director and has been with Dririte for seven years. Starting as a technician, he worked his way up to his current role by keeping a sharp focus on the big picture and achieving business objectives. Scott thrives in the fast-paced environment, enjoying the collaboration with Dririte's partners and providing value to them in every interaction. A sixth-generation Floridian, Scott has been married to his wife Katie for 22 years. They met at church and now have two children: Ethan, who serves in the Texas National Guard and studies at Texas State University, and Molly, a high school junior passionate about musical theater. In his free time, Scott enjoys drawing on his creative past as a former cake decorator—a talent that comes in handy when working with drywall mud! As Casey's evolves, we are bringing bigger, bolder partnerships to life to have a greater impact with our team, guests and communities. I can’t think of a better way to do that than welcoming Casey’s Center to Des Moines in July 2025.   This is the hub of nearly 200 events each year and Casey’s wants to be a force multiplier for what’s happening here, and across the region. And, yes, we’re bringing our iconic, handmade pizza to Casey’s Center – I can’t wait to celebrate the first slice!   We appreciate the partnership with the Polk County Board of Supervisors, Oak View Group, and the Iowa Events Center team, and we look forward to what’s ahead at Casey’s Center.

Saturday Night Update from Dutch Bros Coffee, and this one is freaking long-awaited and awesome. Our "Party in the Parking Lot" expansion has come to Concord, CA. Located at 4672 Clayton Rd., Concord, CA, this beauty is the fifth location for operator David Rowe and his team of slayers. Norcal has been our second home for a long time, and we keep inching closer to the Bay Area. We are so honored to grow in this community. Creating jobs and a compelling future in the communities that support us and allow us to make a difference is at the heart of what we do daily. Matthew Deacon and Lance Risser will support this mission for us here. Story time- Did you ever have one of those projects that you really wanted, and it just found a way to break your heart over and over again? That was our project here in Concord. At one point in the not-so-distant past, this project was listed as DOA. Kelli Sparkman and I had moved on. My finance team had a "spirited" conversation with me about this one. Tripp Androy and Jason McCarty made a strong argument, and we renewed our focus. 6 months later, this store is ready to open. One of these days, over a great cup of coffee, I'll share the entire story. Gurinder Kehr joined us specifically to work alongside Russ Orsi and Wally Tirheimer and drive this project home. We liked him so much that we have kept him as a permanent member of the team. Mark Baker had fun with the design here. There were too many obstacles here, but patience really did pay off, and the finished result speaks for itself. Harry Raft, as much as I want to say let's never do this again, I am so happy with our team and the result, I'm down for another fight. If you have never been to a Dutch Bros Coffee, go now!!
