⚠️ Harsh truth ⚠️ Being able to solve a problem is NOT enough. Especially in today's competitive market. Most engineers fail in interviews because of communication skills, not technical skills. You should be able to explain your solution clearly to the interviewer. A lot of things goes inside our head, but we are not able to properly put that out in words. The only solution to this is PRACTICE. 📌 Agree? ——— ♻️ Repost if you agree. 🔔 Follow me - Omar Benazza for more.

Just finished watching: https://lnkd.in/ewp-G45a an insightful video on system design frameworks for technical interviews by ByteByteGo. This video provided valuable insights into what a framework for system design looks like, aiding me in preparing for technical interviews, particularly when questions are intentionally vague or open-ended. Both the 'Software Engineer's Technical Interview Survival Guide' youtube video and this video stress the importance of maintaining composure and refraining from diving straight into coding during technical interviews. Instead, the emphasis should be on gaining deeper insights by asking the interviewer pertinent questions. This approach helps clarify requirements, intentions, and user needs. This video has enabled me to develop a more structured strategy for preparing for future technical interviews. I hope others can also benefit from this video; please share to extend these insights.
