Jonathan Ehrlich is the CEO of T2D2, the AI computer vision inspection platform for the built world. Steve Dell'Orto is the Founder and CEO of ConCntric, a preconstruction platform that is transforming the fractured preconstruction environment by unifying data, people and processes. ConCntric acts as a single source of truth for all preconstruction stakeholders by providing a dynamic view of the project that ensures a certainty of outcome. Forest Flager founded Parspec, Inc. in 2021 with the goal of streamlining the procurement process for construction materials. It is a goal Forest is passionate about because of the significant impact buildings and civil infrastructure have on our economy and natural environment, accounting for over 10% of global GDP and 40% of greenhouse gas emissions. Forest hopes that Parspec’s technology will empower designers and the construction supply to make more informed decisions about the products that go in our buildings and that this will ultimately drive the development of innovative new products and materials that are more affordable and sustainable. Our newly renamed MSCE in Emerging Technologies in Construction program is designed for students with a passion for technologies and a drive to influence the design and engineering of the built environment. We aim to prepare the next generation of innovators to not only harness the power of technological innovation, but to bridge the industry’s fragmentation in order to foster collaboration, catalyze change, and offer advanced and sustainable solutions to global problems.
