You can't lose a deal you never had. Unfortunately, AE's let this happen all the time. Get happy ears. Moving too fast. Don't do their due diligence with prospects. And then, you get "blindsided" out of nowhere that kills your deal. Don't be so eager to get something across the finish line when it all sounds good. Have healthy skepticism. Pressure test your deals. And make sure you have mitigated as much risk as possible in your deals. #sales #techsales #saas #accountexecutives #sdrs
